Progressive Metal 계의 대그룹 Shadow Gallery의 데뷔작으로 드러머가 없는 4인조로 본작을 발표하였다. 이들의 음악세계를 대변하는 데 있어 역부족이라 생각되는 보컬과 조악한 녹음으로 인해 뛰어난 구성력과 멜로디에 비해서 상당히 완성도가 떨어지는 결과를 가져왔다. 헤비함보다는 아기자기하고 다소 어쿠스틱한 극적인 진행을 구사하며 계열 최강중 하나로 올라서게 되는 이들의 가능성을 곳곳에서 확인시켜 준다. 17여분의 서정미넘치는 대곡 The Queen Of The City Of Ice 등을 수록하고 있다.
