전작 Keeper Of The Seven Keys Part l 에서 보여준 거의 완벽에 가까운 'Melodic Power Metal'을 한단계 더 격상시킨 Helloween의 역사적인 명반으로 더 이상의 수식어로 떠들어 댈 필요가 없는 모두가 추구하는 이상향의 정점에 가장 가까이 접근한 앨범이다. Melodic Power/Speed Metal 의 세력이 갈수록 확장되어 감에 따라 해가 거듭될 수록 본작의 위치는 끝없이 치솟고 있다. I Want Out, Eagle Fly Free, Keeper Of The Seven Keys등 눈물의 명곡들로 가득차 있으며, '멜로디'의 관점으로는 본작에 대적할 만한 앨범은 거의 없다고 생각된다. 특히, 이쪽계열의 트래이드 마크가 된 Michael Kiske의 멋진 반가성 보컬과 Kai Hansen와 Michael Weikath의 눈부신 트윈기타 사운드가 돋보이는 앨범으로, Heavy Metal을 단순히 시끄러운 음악이라고 생각하고 있는 사람들의 '눈깔'을 뒤집어 놓기에 적절한 앨범이다.
