1993년 리드기타 Oliver Schmid에 의해 결성된 Lacrimas Profundere의 두 번째 앨범 La Naissance D'un Reve으로 Classical Gothic Metal사에서 절대 빠지지 않는 역작 중 하나로 기록된다. 아름다운 바이올린, 피아노선율과 직선적인 기타리프위에서 교차되는 그로울링과 여성미성보컬은 Theatre Of Tragedy가 제시한 것과 동일선상으로 하나의 전형으로서 자리잡게 되며, 앨범전체가 우울함으로 일관함에도 지루함을 느낄 수 없는 물흐르듯 자연스러운 진행을 보여주고 있다. 전세계적으로 절판상태에 처해졌었으나 우리나라와 멕시코에서 재발매가 이루어져 다시금 빛을 보게 되었다.
