1990년 독일에서 결성된 5인조 Melodic Progressive Metal 밴드 Vanden Plas의 세 번째 앨범 Far Off Grace 으로, 높은 평가를 얻어내고 있는 작품이다. 대부분의 곡을 작곡한 기타리스트 Stephan Lill의 역동적이고 파워풀한 기타사운드와 키보디스트 Gunter Werno의 색채적인 사운드의 배합이 이상적으로 이루어졌다고 생각되며 멜로디컬하고 주술적인 분위기를 자아내는 Andy Kuntz의 보이스로 탐닉적인 뉘앙스도 풍긴다. 대부분의 곡들이 6분대를 넘기고 있는데, 복잡한 구성속에서도 적절한 완급조절로 여유롭고 풍성하게 들린다.
