"I Shot the Devil" was originally titled "I Shot Reagan", referring to then-US president Ronald Reagan, and the band was persuaded by the FBI to change the name of the song.
The band eventually used the original title of the song in the lyrics sheet.
A video was made for "Institutionalized". It was one of the first hardcore punk videos to receive substantial airplay on MTV.
