매니아들에게 엄청난 관심을 불러 일으켰던 Shadow Gallery의 화제작 Carved In Stone 이후, 3년만에 내놓은 Tyranny 앨범이다. 여전히 Shadow Gallery 특유의 부드럽고 드라마틱한 사운드로 가득차 있지만, 전작과는 달리 직선적인 리프가 많이 등장해 메탈적인 접근이 보다 용이해졌다. 레코딩, 연주력, 멜로디의 면에서 Shadow Gallery의 앨범중 가장 뛰어나다고 생각된다. 긴장감 넘치는 구성과 비장미를 지닌 New World Order등을 수록하고 있다. James Labrie와 D.C. Cooper가 일부곡에서 게스트로 참여하기도 하였다.
