There were released 3 versions of Exclusive North American Bundle: Jewelcase CD + T-shirt, Digipak CD + T-shirt and 2 LP Green Vinyl + T-shirt
By April 2013, they had 13 songs in development plus 2 covers but they only finished and recorded 12.
"The Age of the Atheist" track was released on Nuclear Blast YouTube page on September 19, 2013.
