2001년 한해는 Melodic Power Metal계에서 많은 명반들이 쏟아진 해로 기억되었는데, Secret Sphere의 정규 2집인 본작 A Time Nevercome 도 그 중 하나로 수려한 멜로디와 드라마틱한 구성으로 수많은 매니아들을 흥분시켰다. 멜로디면에서만 보면 나무랄데 없었던 데뷔작을 훨씬 상회하는 환상적인 멜로디 라인으로 가득차 있으며 그 외의 녹음, 연주, 구성등 많은 부분에서 업그레이드를 이루어내었다. 유기적인 구성과 낭만적인 분위기를 담고 있으며 깔끔하고 새련된 양식미를 지니고 있다. 악곡을 주도하는 서정적이고 신비스러운 키보드사운드는 정말 아름다운데, 소박함과 유려한 기품을 동시에 발산해낸다. 쉽게 접할 수 없는 깊은 여운을 안겨주는 걸작으로 완숙한 구성미를 담은 대곡 Dr. Faustus등을 수록하고 있다.
