90년대 Thrash씬의 대표적인 그룹이라고 할 수 있는 Pantera의 메이져 두 번째 작품이며 최대성공작인 Vulgar Display Of Power이다. Philip Anselmo의 토해내는 듯한 샤우팅, Dimebag Darrell의 면도날 기타플레이 등 파워풀하고 그루브넘치는 연주를 만끽할 수 있다. 깔끔하고 원초적인 리듬전개로 폭발적인 인기를 끌은 Walk , Pantera식 발라드를 들려주는 This Love등 Thrash와 Hardcore의 교두보역할을 충실히 수행하며 폭넓은 인기를 구가하였다.
