Jeremy은 1996년 결성되어 같은 해에 데뷔작 Open Your Heart를 발표하였다. 초창기엔 표면적으로 CCM 밴드의 이미지가 강했으나, Flying Of Eagle 앨범을 전후로 하여 락음악의 불모지인 이 땅에서, 본격 Progressive Metal 밴드로서 거듭나게 된다. Jeremy 음악의 특징이라 하면 메틀음악으로서는 상상할 수 없는 깊은 음율에 있다. 청자의 미세한 감성부분까지 자극하는 그 섬세하고 리드미컬한 음의 입자는 놀라움을 안겨준다. 기존의 현악파트에 합창단까지 가세한 정규 4집음반 Edge On The History 으로, 보다 리듬이 풍부해졌으며 랩을 도입하는등의 파격적인 시도도 엿보인다.
