The title is Czech for "Fourth Symphony of Fire".
The EP was originally planned to be released after Triumvirát, but was postponed after the band became fascinated by Indian culture and was inspired to compose the album मृत्यु का तापसी अनुध्यान.
The EP is dedicated to the Czech composer Bedřich Smetana (who appears on the cover) and two rivers: the Czech Vltava and the Slovakian Váh. "Vltava" is inspired by Smetana's symphonic poem of the same name.
