Additional notes
After a lengthy legal battle with SST's former distributors Unicorn Records, during which the band couldn't even record under its own name, remaining members Greg Ginn, Henry Rollins and Bill Stevenson started from scratch when the legal dust had settled. This album was recorded before a new bassist was hired. Guitarist Greg Ginn handled bass on the album, under the pseudonym Dale Nixon.

Most of the reviewers says it's a bad album. I don't think it's a bad album. It's a very influential album for sludge metal and grunge. I like it though.

Kinda experimental Hardcore work. It's sometimes doomy and/or sludgy. The point is, it's great and Henry Rollins is a gifted musician.
