Rachel was the lead singer of Slowdive, a band from the 'shoe gazing' scene, founded in 1989, split in 1995, and reformed again in 2014.
From the ashes of Slowdive, Rachel along with surviving members Neil Halstead and Ian McCutcheon created Mojave 3 which released their fourth album, 'Spoon And Rafter', in 2003.
