Additional notes
Khold also recorded a promotional demo in 2000 that got them a deal with Moonfog Productions. This demo contained at least three tracks, that were later re-issued on the Peaceville Records-reissues of the first three albums in 2011/2012. It's possible the demo contained more tracks.
