James Matthew Thompson (aka Fire) is an American metal musician and former drummer for the metalcore band As Violence Turns Away. James was one of the original members to be in the band as he served as the drums for 2017 and 2018. Sadly, he left in April 12 2018 due to a medical condition he had called anaphylaxis and he decided to move on.
